Venue Layaway, is an online layaway plan powered by eLayaway. We make it easy for you to buy the products that you want by paying for them through manageable monthly payments. Our intuitive eLayaway calculator allows you to spread your purchase amount over 3 to 13 monthly payments. Venue Return Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your shopping experience at Venue. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us at 1-888-55-VENUE to request a return.

Items may be returned within 30 days of shipment for a full refund less shipping and handling charges (see exceptions below*). All returned items will be inspected. Returns must be properly packed and must be returned in new and unused condition, contain all original packing materials and included accessories, manuals and jewelery certificates. Please contact us at 1-888-55-VENUE to obtain a return authorization number prior to returning your product. Returns without return authorization numbers will not be accepted.

Oversized Items Policy:

The freight carrier will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time. They will use the daytime and evening numbers you provided during checkout to contact you to arrange delivery.

Inspection of the shipment container is required at the time of delivery. If the shipment carton appears damaged, you must notify the delivery person, refuse delivery of the merchandise, and contact us within 24 hours toll free at 1-888-55-VENUE to submit a shipping claim. Do not sign the shipping receipt.

Please open and inspect your merchandise for physical damage within 24 hours of the receipt. Any physical damages must also be reported to Venue within 24 hours of delivery at toll free 1-888-55-VENUE.

If you refuse delivery without inspection, miss your delivery appointment, or return a non-defective or undamaged product, you will incur original and return shipping charges.

Major Appliances Policy:

For delivery of major appliances, your item will be unpacked from the shipping container upon delivery, placed in your room of choice and all packaging materials will be removed from the premises. Please inspect the item at time of delivery for any physical damages. If the item appears damaged, you must notify the delivery person, do not sign and refuse delivery. If you refuse delivery without inspection, miss your delivery appointment, or return a non-defective or undamaged product, you will incur original and return shipping charges.

In order for product to be "set in place", the old appliance must be removed prior to new appliance being delivered (this condition is not applicable to built-in products such as dishwashers and over the range microwave ovens). Please note, the delivery company is not responsible for installation service or hauling away old appliances. Please provide a clear-path to the room/location of choice, as the delivery company will not be responsible for removal of doors, banisters etc.

Travel Return Policy:

Changes and cancellations to reservations can be made up to 7 days prior to arrival based on hotel availability and are subject to current rates at no charge. Please call 1-888-558-3683 for changes/cancellations.

Las Vegas, Disneyland & Walt Disney World Hotel Cancellation and Change Policy:

Changes to reservations may be made up until 30 days prior to arrival based on hotel availability and are subject to current rates at no charge. No name or date changes will be allowed within 30 days prior to arrival date.
Cancellations made from the time of booking up until 7 days prior to arrival date will result in no penalty on most bookings unless otherwise noted. Refunds will not be given for no-shows or early checkouts. Cancellations made within 7 days prior to arrival date will result in 100% forfeiture and no refunds or exchanges will be provided.

Show Tickets:

Tickets for shows are sold as final sale. There are no refunds, cancellations or exchanges. Tickets are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Pricing and availability are subject to change without notice.

Show Ticket Seating

You will be assigned the best available seats, based on the date and time of your order. Because of the popularity and limited availability, specific rows and seats cannot be requested or provided prior to purchase. When available, your seat locations will be sent electronically with your ticket confirmation.

Show Ticket Delivery

A ticket confirmation email with instructions specific to your show date, time and venue location will be sent 3-5 days following the completion of your order. If your order was placed within 5 days of your scheduled performance, please print a copy of your confirmation email as proof of purchase for your show. A COPY OF YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL AND VALID PHOTO I.D. ARE REQUIRED TO RETRIEVE YOUR SHOW TICKETS AT THE BOX OFFICE. PLEASE NOTE - ONLY THE PERSON'S NAME ON THE RESERVATION WILL BE PERMITTED TO PICK UP TICKETS AT THE SHOW BOX OFFICE.

Theme Park Tickets:

All Tickets for Theme Parks are sold as final sale. There will be no refunds, cancellations or exchanges. All Tickets are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Pricing and availability are subject to change without notice.

Theme Park Ticket Delivery

A ticket confirmation email with instructions specific to the date, time and parks will be sent 14 days prior to the arrival date. Defective Product Policy:

All returnable* products received defective can be returned for a full refund under the 30-day return policy.

*All non-returnable defective products are covered under the manufacturer's warranty. The manufacturer should be contacted directly for assistance.

Mattress Return Policy:

Free outbound shipping applies to all mattresses purchased at Venue. In the event you are not satisfied with your mattress, please contact us at 1-888-55-VENUE within 30 days of shipment. All returned mattresses will be assessed a $150 return shipping and handling fee.

Furniture Delivery Policy:

There are no returns on furniture purchases. All furniture purchased at Venue is delivered via white glove service (except where indicated) which includes assembly of boxed furniture units. Please allow approximately 3-4 weeks for delivery.

Cancellation Policy on Warranty and Desktop Service Support:

Cancellations can be made within 30 days from date of purchase.

Refund Timing:

Refunds will be reflected on your statements within six to eight weeks from the date of return.

Return Label Information and Guidelines:

If you have requested your return label via email, you should expect to receive it in the email address you provided within 5 business days; for return labels via US Mail, please allow up to 10 business days from your request date. If you did not receive the return labels within these time periods, please contact us immediately. Return labels expire 2-3 weeks after the Issue Date. Should you contact us after the return label expiration date, we will not be able to re-send the return labels.

Venue Select Policy:

Venue Select program is powered by eLayaway. Venue Select is not available for the following categories: fragrance gift sets, handbags, sunglasses, designer jewelry, watches and sports memorabilia. In the event your order becomes unavailable, Venue reserves the right to ship equivalent or better models at no additional cost to you. For all inquiries, cancellations or changes prior to the shipment of your order, please contact eLayaway at 877-352-9292. A cancellation fee of $25 or 10% of the purchase amount (whichever is less) will be charged by eLayaway on Venue Select orders. For inquiries related to an order that has shipped, please contact Venue Customer Service at 1-888-558-3683. The Venue return policy applies to merchandise purchased through the Venue Select program.
